ETS Social
ETS Social is our group-based approach to therapy.
Does your child struggle to make and maintain meaningful friendships? Does he/she have autism or other social struggles that make it difficult for them to interact with peers their own age? If so, join ETS for our BCBA led social groups and camps. We are continually forming groups.
We carefully match ETS Students by age, communication ability, and level of social development so our therapists can tailor group treatment plans to address the needs of each child. ETS Social groups come together once a week at our learning center for an hour and a half. During that time, groups cover a wide range of scenarios, including how to lose a game, play at recess, talk to each other, join a group, and use toys. One therapist never works with more than three children at a time.
ETS Social will help your child:
- Develop play and social skills
- Compromise and play with others
- Understand and manage emotions
- Control impulses
- Communicate with others
ETS One-to-One
ETS One-to-One is our individual ABA therapy. Every ETS Student has a unique set of needs, and many respond better to therapy in a one-on-one setting. Through ETS One-to-One, our therapists design a personalized treatment plan for your child and work with you to establish a weekly therapy schedule.
As you can imagine, one-on-one sessions vary significantly from child to child based on their age, needs, and goals—but no matter what the variables are, ETS therapists find creative ways to make learning fun. We offer ETS On-to-One in your home or at our Clinic.
ETS One-to-One will help your child:
- Improve their communication
- Reduce challenging behavior
- Increase appropriate behavior
- Become more independent
